Returns and Refunds Policy

RETURN POLICY

Domestic orders may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.

Items returned and ask for a refund will be subject to a $5 RETURN SHIPPING FEE, which will be deducted from your refund amount.

The RETURN SHIPPING FEE will be waived on the amount of the returns for store credit on your Rewards & Loyalty program.

Eligible domestic returns can also be refunded in the form of store credit on your Rewards & Loyalty program, and no RETURN SHIPPING FEE will be applied to your refund.

Outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable.

Important: We cannot accept a return (even within 30 days of purchase) in certain situations, including, but not limited to:

  • Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, and with all tags (if present).
  • Products showing excessive wear and tear.
  • Items damaged by misuse, alterations, improper care, or accidents.
  • Items are listed as a final sale at the time of purchase.
  • Please include the original order packing slip in your return package.

Returns of multiple orders should not be combined and will result in processing delays.

We ask that you wear underwear when first trying on your purchase.

The acceptance of a return is determined at the sole discretion of FarmaCell and we reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.

Follow the steps at the portal to request your return. Please include the original order packing slip in the return package. Once your return has been created, you will receive a pre-paid return shipping label via email. Using the provided label, please may drop off your package at any Post Office or USPS location.

 

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. This process can take up to 5/10 business days from the date your return tracking information shows delivered.

If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment.

Please note that refunds can take up to 7-10 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times of financial organizations.

SIZE OR ITEM EXCHANGE

Size or product exchange is not managed, if you need to change the size you simply return the item and place a new order.
